As of August 2024, we are NOW ACCEPTING EYEMED!!
However, Eyemed did not allow us to participate with ALL plans, so, please call our office to verify that we are in network with your plan.
Otherwise, we are an open access provider for many vision plans. We utilize your out-of-network benefits with additional discounts and submit a claim for you to get you reimbursed. Give us a call to check your specific plan’s coverage for more details.
